“I See Stars” has officially flown the nest! Over 160 people attended our indie screening @ Cardiff Arts Institute on Friday 28th May and the film was very well received. Most notably audience members commented on the passion, honesty and spirit of the film; and of course , apart from tapping their feet to Kiss Silver‘s fine Indie rock classics, we “made the buggers laugh!”
The film looks beautiful (thank you Keefa chan and Mark Holownia) and plays brilliantly well due to the acting talents of Brian Hibbard, Catrin Arwel, Alexander Vlahos, Jemma Roper, Stephanie McDonald and of course Kiss Silver.
I See Stars is a true New Wave film that has it’s own distinct sensibility and voice; this is what happens when you have a great idea for a film and then call together the best of the new generation of Welsh Film Professionals; thank you Anna Evans, Leyla Pope, Ryan Owen, Cyrus Murzashafa, Michael O’ Connor, Adam Kahn, Kylie Jonkman, Dwight, and of course our Producer Gary Lawson of 2wardFruition.
Dafydd, Ken and Rich at Mwnci an extended thank you to you fine sirs.
